We are looking for a Business Development professional with strong experience in Industrial Catering, Canteen Management & Facility Management (FM) Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate B2B leads from factories, manufacturing units, corporate parks & industrial establishments

Identify and acquire new catering & FM service contracts

Handle client meetings, site visits, RFPs/tenders and commercial negotiations

Develop proposals, costing and presentations

Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement & Plant Management

Support smooth handover of new contracts to Operations

Drive renewals, upselling and long-term client relationships

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ 5-10 years of relevant experience

✔️ Strong knowledge of Industrial Canteen/Catering & Facility Management Services

✔️ Proven B2B sales & business development experience

✔️ Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills

✔️ Industrial/corporate client network preferred

✔️ Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

✔️ Immediate joiner preferred
