Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce CRM

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align strategies

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Ability to build rapport with clients

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with CRM tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field

MBA is a plus

Experience

Freshers or candidates with 0-3 years of experience in sales/business development

Prior experience in lead generation or client handling is preferred
