Your Job Responsibilities
– Develop a strong understanding of the company€™s services & solutions, the target market
and competition.
– Building and maintaining relationships with prospects to understand their business needs,
requirements, and pain points related to ERP implementation. Providing excellent customer
service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Educate and
guide prospects on how Emipro€™s services & solutions can help to streamline their
day-to-day business operations.
Managing and updating Emipro€™s internal CRM system with accurate and up-to-date
information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions to effectively track and manage
the sales pipeline and provide timely reports to the upper management.
– Preparing detailed proposals and quotes for potential prospects, including pricing, scope of
work, timelines, and terms and conditions. Collaborating with internal teams, such as the sr.
business development manager (BDM) or technical team, to ensure accurate and
competitive proposals are presented to prospects.
Conducting sales presentations and Emipro€™s custom ERP solution demonstrations to
potential prospects to showcase the benefits and features of the Odoo ERP solutions.
