Building and maintaining relationships with prospects to understand their business needs,requirements, and pain points related to ERP implementation. Providing excellent customerservice and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Educate andguide prospects on how Emipros services & solutions can help to streamline theirday-to-day business operations.Managing and updating Emipros internal CRM system with accurate and up-to-dateinformation on leads, prospects, and customer interactions to effectively track and managethe sales pipeline and provide timely reports to the upper management. Preparing detailed proposals and quotes for potential prospects, including pricing, scope ofwork, timelines, and terms and conditions. Collaborating with internal teams, such as the sr.business development manager (BDM) or technical team, to ensure accurate andcompetitive proposals are presented to prospects.Conducting sales presentations and Emipros custom ERP solution demonstrations topotential prospects to showcase the benefits and features of the Odoo ERP solutions.Custom

Job ResponsibilitiesCarrying out development activities for ERP Customisations, Code Migration, Data Migration & Import, Generating BI Reports, Output Documents, ERP Functional Test/User Acceptance Test, Automation Test & Unit TestAnalyze and clarify functional specifications, write technical specifications, design technical structure of the solution, and implement business logicWork closely or in coordination with ERP Technical Lead as needed to plan, scope, design, develop, test, implement, support, and enhance ERP Business applications and it's features/solutionsUnderstanding the requirements and participating in project planning by giving an estimation of the work to ERP Technical LeadApplication development using cutting-edge frameworks, libraries & components along with the latest cloud computing technologiesRequired Skills2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing applications of eCommerce, ERP domainMust have code optimization skills in MVC framework based applications and proactively look for ways to make the architecture, code, and operations betterMust have experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologiesProficiency in multiple modern programming languages (Java, Python, C#.
