Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Support in sales planning, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Assist in developing marketing materials and social media content.
Manage basic sales operations and CRM data updates.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or client meetings when required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Confident in telephonic conversations and follow-ups.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic internet research.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Energetic, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
Prior experience in sales/tele-calling/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
