role overview: we are looking for experienced sales professionals from the edtech industry with a proven track record in converting leads and driving admissions. as a business development associate / academic counselor, you will play a key role in guiding judiciary aspirants through their enrollment journey. this role is ideal for those who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about sales and education.

key responsibilities:

lead conversion: engage proactively with potential judiciary aspirants via calls, whatsapp, and emails to convert leads into enrollments.

consultative sales: leverage your edtech sales experience to understand students' requirements and recommend the most suitable plans.

follow-ups & closing: execute consistent follow-ups on leads to maximize conversion rates. handle objections effectively and ensure timely closures.

target achievement: meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock industry-best incentives.

crm management: maintain precise records of leads
