Roles & Responsibilities
€¢ Conduct online and offline student and parent counseling sessions.
€¢ Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
€¢ Participate in field visits, walk-ins, campus interactions, seminars, and events.
€¢ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
€¢ Maintain accurate lead and conversion data using CRM tools.
€¢ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
€¢ Handle objections and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
€¢ 1€“2 years of experience in EdTech sales / business development.
€¢ Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
€¢ Target-driven mindset with willingness to work in the field.
€¢ Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel.
€¢ Willingness to work from Hyderabad office.
€¢ Immediate joiners preferred.
