job summary
as a business development associate at edzeeta, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads into customers. youll represent our edtech solutions to students, institutions, and corporate clients, acting as the face of the companys growth engine.
key responsibilities
identify and connect with prospective customers via calls, emails, and meetings
explain and promote edzeetas offerings to individuals and institutions
schedule demos, follow up on leads, and close sales
collaborate with the marketing and product teams for feedback and improvements
maintain daily records of outreach and conversion metrics
attend industry events, webinars, and educational expos (when applicable)
compensation
probation (3 months): 15,000/month + incentives
post-probation: 48 lpa (performance-based)
