handle international inbound and outbound calls (b2b & b2c).

provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.

requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in an international bpo/call center.

excellent spoken and written english communication skills.

age: below 40 years.

strong background in customer service or telemarketing.

must be willing to work night shifts from our surat office.
