We have an urgent requirement for an Associate Relationship Manager to supervise and coordinate all aspects of an agency. They work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer comfort is achieved. • Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners

• Achieving your sales targets as per channel tactics

• Meeting promised customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions

• It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet channel partner teams and customers.

• You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Topline, Persistency, Product mix) by helping and driving channel partners.

• You will also characterize the channel partner teams on pre and post-sales such as claim settlement.
