We are looking for a dedicated Airport Ticketing Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will assist travelers by providing ticketing services and ensuring a smooth airport y Responsibilities:nn- Ticket Issuance and Reservations: Manage ticket bookings and cancellations accurately, ensuring all travel details are correct for n- Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to passengers regarding flight information, luggage policies, and itinerary changes, ensuring a positive travel - Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or inquiries swiftly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer - Collaboration with Airlines: Work closely with various airlines to stay updated on flight schedules, ticket availability, and any changes, guaranteeing up-to-date information for - Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents are in order, including visas and identification, to facilitate hassle-free quired Skills and Expectations:nnCandidates should have at least a 12th-grade education and preferably some experience in customer service or ticketing. Strong communication skills are essential, as you need to interact with diverse travelers. A good understanding of flight operations and ticketing systems will be beneficial.
