Key Responsibilities
Facility Management: Overseeing office maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness. Ensuring all utilities (electricity, water, internet) are functioning without interruption.
Vendor Management: Identifying and coordinating with external vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Office Procurement: Managing the inventory of stationery, pantry supplies, and office equipment. Processing invoices and tracking administrative expenses.
Travel & Hospitality: Coordinating travel bookings, hotel stays, and transportation for employees or visiting clients.
Statutory Compliance: Assisting in maintaining records related to labor laws, shop act licenses, and other local government regulations.
Event Coordination: Organizing internal meetings, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
