Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about study abroad options

Handle walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups for conversions

Profile students and suggest suitable courses/universities

Explain admission, documentation, and visa basics

Maintain accurate records in CRM

Conduct in-house sessions, seminars, and webinars

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Achieve monthly counselling and registration targets
