Well known about the processing activities of products like SMP, Dairy Whitener, Whole Milk Powder, Butter-Ghee, Tea & Tea Premix Efficiently utilizing of available resources, machinery and manpower. Sound knowledge of Food & Dairy product & process industry equipments especially Spray Dryer, Falling Film Evaporator, Pasteurizer, Homogenizer, Tea Extractor, Pouch Filling Machine & Blending System etc. Well known about HACCP, GMP, and Food & Human Safety. Manage& Motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work. To co-ordinate validations and trials as and when required. Attend team meetings to discuss production status and ongoing problems.
