Factory Manager (Male)

We are looking for a Factory Manager with extensive experience to oversee our manufacturing operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 20 years of experience in a similar role, be well-versed in factory processes, and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage daily factory activities to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and staff management.

- Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to meet industry standards. Regularly assess processes to identify areas for improvement.

- Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of factory workers. Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the factory budget to ensure all operations are financially efficient. Analyze costs and make recommendations for cost-cutting where necessary.

- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the factory complies with all health and safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment for all employees.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that raw materials are ordered timely and waste is minimized.
