We are seeking an experienced Plant Head with 5 to 10 years of experience to manage our operations in Kathua, India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plant management, ensuring efficiency and productivity in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring that all production activities run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high product quality.
