Factory Manager (2-8 Years)

We are looking for a dedicated Factory Manager to oversee operations in our manufacturing facility in Agra, India. This role requires a hands-on leader with a minimum of 2 years of experience in factory management and the ability to ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Production Supervision**: Monitor daily operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards. This includes coordinating schedules and managing resources effectively.

2. **Staff Management**: Lead and motivate factory staff, providing training as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring the team works well together and meets production goals.

3. **Quality Control**: Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity. You will conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

4. **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels and ordering of raw materials. You will ensure that the factory has adequate supplies to avoid production delays.

5. **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process enhancements to increase productivity. You will analyze workflows and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
