Plant Head - Sugar Industry

We are seeking a seasoned Plant Head for our sugar manufacturing operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of experience in the sugar industry and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's operations, ensuring efficient production and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency in processes.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages productivity and professional growth.

3. Maintenance Oversight: Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

4. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment for all employees, complying with local regulations and industry standards.

5. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the plant's budget, optimizing resource allocation without compromising quality or safety.

6. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with senior management and other departments, providing updates on plant performance and addressing any potential issues proactively.
