We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience and a strong commitment to ensuring product quality through systematic testing and process improvements.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Develop Quality Standards:** Establish and maintain quality standards for various processes and products to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.- **Conduct Testing:** Perform tests on products and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement, using various testing methodologies to ensure thorough evaluations.- **Analyze Data:** Collect and analyze data from testing and production processes to identify trends, root causes, and recommend solutions for quality issues.- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and manufacturing, to provide quality insights and contribute to product development efforts.- **Document Findings:** Prepare detailed reports that outline test results, quality issues, and corrective actions for stakeholders to understand the status of quality initiatives.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should possess a deep understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, including ISO standards and Six Sigma practices. Proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving tools is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings.
