Salary: SAR 4,000-6,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Preference: Candidates with Saudi Arabia experience preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with a strong background in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Civil Works, and Interior Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender proposals while ensuring competitive pricing based on Saudi market rates.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, quotations, and tender proposals.

Estimate costs for building maintenance, renovation, interior fit-out, civil, and MEP works.

Calculate material, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate quantity take-offs.

Obtain supplier quotations and prepare price comparisons.

Develop competitive cost estimates based on current Saudi market rates.

Coordinate with procurement, operations, and project teams.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders and commercial proposals.

Candidate Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in estimation.

Strong knowledge of Facility Management, building maintenance, and interior fit-out projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Knowledge of Saudi market pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ability to independently prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in both Facility Management (FM) and Interior Fit-Out projects will be given preference. Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with local market rates will be an added advantage.

Salary: SAR 4,000-6,000 per month
