Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and company policies.Conduct variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting for senior management.Generate monthly MIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making.2. Budgeting & ForecastingSupport preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Monitor and analyze actual performance against budgets.Assist in cost control and financial planning initiatives.3. Accounting OperationsOversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and journal entries.Ensure timely closure of books at month-end/year-end.Supervise AP/AR processes and ensure accurate and timely payments and collections.4. Compliance & AuditsEnsure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory frameworks.Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.Prepare and submit returns, reports, and reconciliations for regulatory compliance.5.
