Safety and Compliance Ensuring compliance with safety standards, overseeing proper use of PPE, and conducting safety briefings for on-site workers. Knowledge of safety regulations, including working at heights or with live electrical components.4. Quality Control and Inspections Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality work, troubleshooting any deviations from standards, and documenting corrective actions. Ensuring compliance with RDSS quality benchmarks, especially in rural setups and adherence to project-specific technical requirements.5. Keeping logs for project records, including site visit reports, material inventory, and vendor deliveries.6. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination Coordinating with local vendors for timely material supply and equipment, ensuring adherence to RDSS standards.
