A Field Sales Officer, also known as a Field Sales Representative, is responsible for actively selling a company's products or services directly to customers in the field by visiting them in person, building relationships, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals, while meeting sales targets and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity; often requiring extensive travel and on-site customer interaction.

The FOs are responsible for all day-to-day field all operational aspects including loan appraisal and recovery; they are also responsible for documentation and record keeping of loans, customer service and compliance of rules, regulations and guidelines of MRA, PKSF.

Ensure that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.Make guests aware of rules that must be adhered to.Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.Report to supervisors on a regular basis.Record any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
