Ability to explain various visa processes, helping the clients to understand immigration procedures for Canada, Australia, etc. Countries.3. Research, register, and apply for jobs available overseas, as per the client's requirements.4. Handle clients over the phone, by email, and face to face counseling.5. Update the client about immigration information like their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility, and chances of immigration.6. Interact with professionals/ clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.7. Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aid them with relevant overseas career opportunities.8. Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.9. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration, Visa law &Policies.10. Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.11. Making outbound calls to either warm or hot leads provided & solved the queries regarding visas.

Roles & Responsibilities:You must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.You must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.You must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.You must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.You must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.As the Visa and Immigration Consultant you may be required train some HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfill their roles to a high level.

JOB DESCRIPTION:You will be responsible for counseling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidates profile.Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.Follow up on new leads and referrals. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns.To provide regular follow up on inquiries received.Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations.Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.Meet the assigned targets.Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company.Desired profileMinimum one year experience.Prior experience in Sales and Counseling.Even freshers can apply (Strong desire to learn and self-motivated to achieve results)Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customersExcellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Familiarity with computers and the internet.Sales oriented and target driven attitudeOutgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.Team skills and strong relationship building skillsAdditional InformationReports to : Branch Manager.Location : Chennai, India.Start Date : ASAP.
