Immigration Specialist JD:As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire immigration process for clients, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. In addition, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the immigration process, preparing and reviewing immigration documents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring that all immigration requirements are met promptly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process. Provide guidance, advice, and assistance to clients on immigration requirements, documentation, and processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide exceptional customer service.2. Immigration Process Management: Manage the end-to-end immigration process for clients, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting immigration documents and coordinating with immigration consultants or lawyers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of all immigration requirements.3. Document Preparation and Review: Prepare and review immigration documents, including forms, petitions, letters, and other relevant documentation, under the requirements of immigration laws and regulations. Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.4. Compliance and Deadlines: Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and company policies. Monitor and manage deadlines for immigration cases, including submission deadlines, renewal deadlines, and other critical dates. Communicate with clients, immigration consultants or lawyers, and relevant parties to ensure that all documentation is submitted on time.5.
