*Provide immigration documentation to our clients who have enrolled with us ,Send the files of clients to Embassy, Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails, Handle Customer queries in a timely, Filling Online forms for Applicant, Updating Applicant about their Visa Status*Good English communication skills, both written and verbal*Should have Experience in VFS for 2-3 years Mandatory

Urgently Required PR Visa Manager (Permanent Residence Visa) who can join immediately.Mainly we need PR Visa Manager (Permanent Residence Visa) for Mumbai office.Other Visa knowledge will be extra advantage for this profile.ROLE OF POSITION : The post holder will be involved in handling all kinds of Visas (Permanent Resident Visa/ Student Visa / Employment Visa / Visit Visa will be able to handle Team and manage all the application of the students & clients coming from different branches and sources of European , Indo European, Gulf countries. He/She will be responsible for updated knowledge of Immigration rules and regulations of different European & Gulf Countries.. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in working with people & Students and be highly motivated, resultorientated with a strong interest in learning and imparting knowledge.MAIN DUTIES Working closely with Admission and Counseling Team to educate them about changing Student Visa Rules Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the student Visa application process Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers Helping team to manage the students and providing advice in preparing the visa files Liaising with the students to confirm that everything is done before the interview date. Liaising with different embassies as and when required Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals. Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business. Train students for Visa Interview QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEREQUIRED Graduation or Post Graduation in any field At least 5 years of experience in handling all kinds of Student Visas / Permanent residence Visa and Employment Visa.
