Job Responsibilities:Handle all domestic and international travel arrangements (flight, train, hotel, visa, transport, etc.)Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for bookings and quotationsManage end-to-end travel itineraries for employees, management, and guestsEnsure compliance with company travel policies and cost optimizationMaintain and update travel records and reportsHandle last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies efficientlySupport employees with travel-related queries and documentationNegotiate corporate rates with hotels, airlines, and transport agenciesProcess travel reimbursements and documentation as per finance requirementsEnsure all travel arrangements are seamless, safe, and cost-effectiveKey Skills Required:Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilityGood knowledge of travel platforms, ticketing portals, and visa processesAbility to handle pressure and resolve issues quicklyProficiency in MS Office, emails, and travel software/toolsQualification:Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality preferred
