As a Tour and Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless and memorable travel experience for our customers. You will handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and coordinating various activities.Responsibilities:Client Consultation:Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.Provide expert advice and recommendations on destination options, activities, and travel packages.Itinerary Planning:Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, taking into account factors such as budget, duration, and interests.Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure reservations and bookings.Booking and Reservation:Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services for clients.Confirm bookings, issue tickets, and provide clients with all necessary documentation.Destination Knowledge:Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.Provide clients with detailed information about their chosen destinations, including local attractions, cultural practices, and travel advisories.Customer Service:Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip.Problem Resolution:Handle unforeseen circumstances and emergencies, such as flight cancellations or travel disruptions, with efficiency and poise.Collaborate with vendors and partners to resolve issues and ensure a positive client experience.Sales and Promotion:Promote travel packages and upsell additional services to enhance the overall travel experience.
