Assist with refunds, schedule changes, and travel documentation. Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for booking confirmations. Maintain accurate booking and customer records. Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly. Upsell travel services when applicable.________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism diploma preferred). 1 - 3 years of ticketing/reservation experience.
