Need to call and take follow with customers and give the information regarding the loan EMi due, Postpaid mobile bill dues and convince them to make the payment by directing them to company office/ Branch or payment via digitally mode. Solve customer query over the phone. Take the follow with customer about promise to pay. Also informing them next action. Candidate need to have basis knowledge about computer and able to read the name in English All the calls get recorded in CRM and need to update the feedback. Need communication, negotiation and soft Skill.
