In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and upselling telecom products and services over the phone. You should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-first mindset.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell telecom products (mobile plans, broadband, landline, etc.).Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM tools.Follow up with potential leads and ensure excellent after-sales service.Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role preferred.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of telecom products and services is a plus.Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.Education:High school diploma or equivalent (required)Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)What We Offer:Competitive base salary + performance-based incentivesExtensive training and development programsSupportive and energetic team environmentOpportunities for career growth within the organization
