Making calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, or handling incoming calls from customers Explaining products: Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of products to customers Persuading customers: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointmentsCustomer service: Handling customer inquiries or complaints, and resolving customer issuesRecord keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a databaseFollowing up: Following up with customers to provide new products or services, and documenting customer feedback Building relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with future prospectsTelecallers should have excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, as well as good listening and customer handling skills. They should also be able to handle pressure

Responsibilities1. Answering and explaining the product and services offered by the company.2. explaing existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements.5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.6. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.7. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

Out calling the customer for EMI collection , Need Telegu and English speaking candidates , Just 1 round of interview .

Language Required: Candidates should possess Fluent in English with Hindi / Malayalam / Kannada/ Telugu Calling to the customers to remind their due date of instalment. Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the payments. Explain the consequences to customer on not paying on time. Provide the options of payment channels for making the payment. Fix appointment for the field collections team if customer asks for collecting payment from home. Follow up with the customers till the payment is received.

Out calling the customer and collecting EMI for the loan taken.
