Telecaller for product introduction and sending quote to client through whstapp. Calling to new customer

We are looking for an Telecalling/Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our Real Estate client company.- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.- An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.Responsibilities:- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about property- Answer questions about property or the company- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales- Enter and update customer information in the database- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements:- Proven experience as tele calling/telesales executive or other customer service role- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone- Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them
