We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Belagavi. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and be a female with at least a 10th-grade education. This is a full-time role where you will work from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Making Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and engaging them to generate interest.- Providing Information: Clearly explain offerings, answering any questions to help customers understand our value proposition and encourage them to make purchases.- Maintaining Database: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the database regularly to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.- Follow-Up: Contact leads who have shown interest in our offerings to nurture relationships and increase the chance of conversions.- Achieving Targets: Work towards sales targets set by the management and contribute to the overall success of the business.Required Skills and Expectations:The successful candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
