Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and other relevant information. Meeting Sales Targets:Achieving individual and team sales goals and contributing to the overall sales revenue. Upselling and Cross-selling:Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers. Following Sales Scripts and Processes:Adhering to established sales scripts and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends. Escalation:Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels.
