Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.

Inbound Handling:

Answering calls from customers interested in products or services, addressing their questions, and guiding them through the sales process.

Product Knowledge:

Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.

Sales Closure:

Persuading customers to purchase products or services, handling objections, and closing sales deals.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for the sales team.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and other relevant information.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Achieving individual and team sales goals and contributing to the overall sales revenue.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

Following Sales Scripts and Processes:

Adhering to established sales scripts and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends.

Escalation:

Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels.
