The Telesales & Service Associate of DDEW SOCIETY Matrimony sells paid memberships over phone to clients who are looking for matrimony alliances. The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them the product & features, service so as to derive maximum ROI for the client. The role also includes achieving targets for up gradation by ensuring regular service follow ups

As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for making phone calls to potential clients with the goal of promoting and selling products or services. Your key responsibilities include making outbound calls, engaging with customers, explaining product features, and closing sales deals. You will also be required to maintain customer records and follow up on leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident and persuasive phone manner, and the ability to work under pressure. A Doctorate/PhD degree is required for this position. Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus, but not mandatory for this entry-level role. You should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working in an office setting in Lucknow, India. This is a full-time position, so availability during regular office hours is necessary.
