Reach out to potential customers via physical visits to introduce our premium engineering polymer compounds. Showcase product features and benefits persuasively. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences. Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts. Regularly visit customer offices to increase product awareness, establish rapport, and identify new customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, complaints, and queries promptly. Handle queries received via telephone and email, providing written or oral responses as quotations. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Maintain accurate records of customer activity and report sales activity to the management team. Source and procure raw materials and supplies. Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules. Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues. Work with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns for new products or services.
