Key Responsibilities Develop, draft, and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks across the organisation. Design organisational structures, including defining levels, grades, reporting lines, and job hierarchies. Prepare and maintain the employee what-list (employee database, roles, and reporting structure). Define and implement KRA (Key Result Areas), KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and PMS (Performance Management System) tailored to the organisations goals. Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management strategies. Drive policy implementation and ensure adoption across all departments. Advise leadership on HR best practices, compliance, and statutory requirements. Conduct HR audits and provide solutions for process improvement. Guide managers and employees in performance reviews, appraisals, and career development. Act as a subject matter expert for HR vocabulary, systems, and concepts. Provide HR consulting support for change management, restructuring, and culture-building initiatives. Key Requirements MBA in Human Resources. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR consulting or core HR roles. Strong expertise in policy creation, organisational structuring, and performance management systems. Hands-on experience in designing KRAs, KPIs, and PMS frameworks. Knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, and statutory regulations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to implement HR strategies effectively and drive change within the organisation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS.
