About the Role

We are looking for a driven Recruiter to source, screen, and convert candidates for our Program Coordinator role (field-based parent counselling and program sales).

Key Responsibilities

Source high-volume field-sales candidates via LinkedIn, portals, WhatsApp, and referrals.

Screen candidates for communication, field-work comfort, and target-based sales orientation.

Manage interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and offer-to-joining conversions.

Maintain accurate daily recruitment MIS and reporting for the HR Manager.

What We're Looking For

1-4 years of recruitment experience (high-volume or field-sales hiring preferred).

Strong communication, candidate selling, and persistent follow-up skills.

Highly organized, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with daily targets.
