We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and will work full-time from our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Talent Sourcing:** Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. This is essential to build a strong candidate pipeline.

- **Screening Resumes:** Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements. This ensures that only the most qualified candidates proceed in the hiring process.
