job responsibilities

- handling overall hr operation of plant and office by sitting at corporate office

-recruitment, induction, time office, salary processing, statutory compliance, labour laws, hr policy and strategy formation

-hr budgeting

- induction, joining formalities

- labour management, dealing with labour contractors

- employee grievance redressed.
