Location - Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Working days and time -9 to 06, Alternate Saturday and Sunday Off

Salary - Negotiable

Gender -Male /Female

Education - MBA /MSW /Any Other HR Degree

Experience - 8 to 12 years

Job responsibilities

- Handling overall HR Operation of Plant and office by sitting At Corporate Office

-Recruitment, Induction, Time Office, Salary Processing, Statutory Compliance, labour laws, HR Policy and Strategy formation

-HR Budgeting

-Salary Processing

- Induction, Joining Formalities

- Labour management, dealing with Labour contractors

- Employee grievance redressed.

- Exit interview and F & F Settlement

- Canteen, Transport, Security, Housekeeping management by admin staff

- Good Communication in Hindi, English
