Job Description

Candidate Profile:

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Approximately 6-10 years of relevant HR experience

Strong experience in high-volume recruitment

Experience in hiring drivers, housekeeping staff, technicians, supervisors, managers and office staff

Preference for candidates from transport/logistics, facility management, manpower outsourcing, staffing or similar industries

Good understanding of onboarding, documentation, background verification, PF/ESI, HR operations and attrition management

Experience with HRMS/recruitment automation and HR dashboards would be an advantage

Must be hands-on and capable of developing HR processes, SOPs and recruitment systems from the ground up
