This position offers a hands-on opportunity to understand the recruitment lifecycle, especially frontline hiring for client organizations.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct telephonic assessments per day using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Source candidates through referencing (Generate new reference from existing candidates) Evaluate candidates based on basic job criteria and communication skills Explain job details and convince candidates to attend interviews Update candidate status and comments post-assessment in the ATSRequired Skills:- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Basic understanding of MS Office Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentEligibility Criteria:- Graduate and Postgraduates (Preferably from Management background) Prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connectionFuture Opportunity:High-performing interns will be offered full-time roles on company payroll after the 6 months period, with career advancement options in talent acquisition.
