Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager1. Hire, train, and supervise outlet employees2. Ensure appropriate staffing3. Create staff schedules4. Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards5. Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as Necessary6. Address customer needs, comments, and complaints7. Maintain all relevant records needed at the outlet8. Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel9.
