The role includes monitoring stock levels, preparing inventory reports, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth store operations while following company policies and safety standards.

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree.As a Floor Manager, your key responsibilities will include:- **Staff Supervision:** Lead and motivate the team on the floor, ensuring all staff are following company policies and providing top-notch customer service.- **Operations Management:** Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.- **Inventory Control:** Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory and reconciling discrepancies to prevent shortages or excess.- **Customer Experience:** Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction, fostering a welcoming environment.- **Training and Development:** Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and service quality.To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
