We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree.

As a Floor Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- **Staff Supervision:** Lead and motivate the team on the floor, ensuring all staff are following company policies and providing top-notch customer service.

- **Operations Management:** Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.

- **Inventory Control:** Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory and reconciling discrepancies to prevent shortages or excess.

- **Customer Experience:** Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction, fostering a welcoming environment.

- **Training and Development:** Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and service quality.
