Customer ExperienceSet and maintain high standards for customer service.Personally handle and resolve complex or escalated customer complaints and issues.Ensure the team has the product knowledge necessary to educate customers and drive sales.4. Store Operations and MerchandisingMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.Manage inventory levels, ensure accuracy of counts, and oversee product deliveries.Ensure the store adheres to all health, safety, and operational policies and regulations.Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including reporting on sales trends and customer needs.
