Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished products.

Support quality testing and measurement activities according to established procedures.

Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.

Identify defects, quality concerns, or non-conformities and report them to the Quality Control Officer or Supervisor.

Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Help maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration records are updated.

Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality policies, and operational procedures.

Assist in investigating customer complaints and quality-related issues when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the quality control area.
