We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer in Bhiwadi with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and will be responsible for overseeing construction projects on-site.Key Responsibilities:- Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure they adhere to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards while effectively managing site staff and subcontractors.- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to confirm that all construction tasks are completed to a high standard and in compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.- Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with clients, architects, and other engineering professionals to clarify project details and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.- Reporting: Prepare and submit site reports, detailing progress, challenges, and resource needs to management to ensure that all parties are kept informed about project status.- Material Management: Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are available as needed to prevent delays in the project timeline.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to work collaboratively with various teams.
